I own a property on the main road in this area, which has a proper water and sewage system. The area offers all essential facilities, good connectivity, and property values have quickly increased over time.

Property values have increasing steadily over time, with visible growth even in a short period. The area also offers easy access to metro and nearby train stations.

This area has poor street lighting and some potholes, and some spots experience waterlogging during the monsoon. But, other parts of the area remain quite convenient.

Traffic congestion is common here, especially during rush hours. The area has busy markets and streets, where you can easily find a wide range of essential products.

Buying a property is a challenging for me but i got a property in main road with good facilities closer to the property. With all amenities and connectivity are easily available for this area.
