Property prices here are reasonable compared to other sectors in Faridabad. It's a good locality, but needs more amenities to enhance the living experience.

Been renting a 1 BHK here, and it's a quiet and peaceful area. I usually take metro to my workplace but autos also run frequently. Daily essentials like supermarkets, grocery stores, tailor shops, kitchen items, are all available near to my apartment, which is convenient.

The area is predominantly industrial, which means fewer residential neighbors. It's peaceful, but sometimes it feels a bit isolated

I came here to see my cousin. The area is very dusty, perhaps because of the industrial work. Not sure how vibrant it is, but pollution is concerning. Roads are well-maintained and it's surrounded with some essential infrastructure, which makes residential living decent in my opinion.

This place is good for commercial investment. Considering the current infrastructure and amenities, I would advise caution for residential investors as it may not yield good returns.
