Sector 57 has good chance to appreciate if traffic is managed and road conditions improve. the social infrastructure is growing and the IT proximity also makes it more desirable

Sector 57 is a comfortable area for families. there are regular markets, malls, schools and hospitals nearby. Safety wise also it is good. even at night, the area feels active rather than isolated

It is a practical choice if you wanna leave close to IT parks. The area has good transport as well, enough to commute well. Rent is fair too but there's water issues ocassionally

It is a prime area and very nice to live in. I love the kong kong bazaar for daily stuffs. The problem is the road conditions in some inner layouts
