It's a nice residential area. I grew up here and I find it good for families although IT parks are all very far from here which makes it tough to commute everyday for us.

I live just near the Aimer's Library in a housing complex. it's a quiet locality and very family-friendly. Local markets are vibrant but the transport system is poor. metro line could really help to commute far

Our house is just near the Mohan Farm and it's a bit peaceful than the main road. inner lanes are mostly quiet but get deserted after 8-9 pm. street lights are often poor in some parts.

A very reasonable area for bachelors looking for budget friendly rental apartments. rent for a 1 BHK is very cheap and buildings might be old but works just fine for temporary stays. i wish there were some good cafes nearby. there are hardly anything to do on weekends too. feels very dull

The area is developing but it's unlikely to reach the capacity of its adjacent localities. the lack of metro and a stable public transport makes it risky for many buyers. rental demand is also quiet slow and rare. most tenants vacate within a year.
