Sector 47 is a well-known area in Noida. I love how the inner streets feel very quiet and green.

Living here is convenient and safe. plenty of shops and essentials are nearby. metro is close too. Autos and cabs also easy to find. There are just limited apartment complexes here, mostly standalones

Sector 47 is good for families. Which block you live in matters a lot here. Some buildings have poor and aging infrastructure than others. some blocks are quieter and more peaceful

For the rent, it is feasible and works just fine. it is not far from my office so i take auto. You also get more space here than other congested sectors.

Sector 47 has solid connectivity especially from Dadri road and noida bypass flyover. But there are limited high end apartments here. amenities are basic as compared to nearby sectors like Sector 100. Nonetheless, this is a safe bet and will give steady rental yield for investors
