Sector 46 is a peaceful and well-planned area. My commute is manageable as NH 44 and Suraj Kund Badkhal Road are easily accessible. The best part is the availability of good schools like Eicher School for my kids. The area has a friendly atmosphere, and most residents are educated and helpful.​

It is a developing residential pocket with good potential. It has good social infrastructure like schools and hospitals. Property prices have been steadily increasing.

Sector 46 is a great choice for a family. There are excellent healthcare facilities nearby, including Asian Institute of Medical Sciences and Sarvodaya Hospital. The area also has several shopping options like City Life Mall and SRS Shopping Mall, for our daily and recreational needs. It feels safe and is well-connected to the rest of Faridabad.

I find Sector 46 decent but with some drawbacks. The nearest metro station, Sector 28, is almost 4 km away, so daily travel requires an auto. Parking can also be a problem if you don't live in a society with dedicated slots.

Living in Sector 46 has been a pleasant experience. It's a quiet and green locality, away from the city's chaos. We have everything we need within a short distance, from Vardhman Mall for shopping to multiple hospitals for healthcare.
