It is a well planned area and close to NHPC metro station. there are good hospitals and malls nearby

There's constant electricity issue here and some buildings dont provide power backup so that is a problem for many. But the area is developing and infrastructure is good

There are good societies here and since it is situated close to mathura road, connectivity is good to Delhi.

Sector 45 is a nice area and well lit also. Local markets, clinics, gyms are all nearby. Family friendly and clean locality.

I own two properties here and can say it has good demand. Rental yield is steady. Families prefer because its close to transit options and many schools and hospitals. Big malls like Pristine Mall is also nearby. but as due to urbanisation, it is becoming polluted and noisy
