We have a good community here and over the years, the rental rates have increased and this is because of the improvents in the locality.

The demand from families is growing, and civic amenities are catching up. The roads are wide, and the environment is clean as well.

This sector has a lot of promise for the future and it’s well-planned, quiet, and close to major roads. Appreciation might be gradual, but it’s dependable for long-term investors.

I have lived in mutiple area s in Faridabad and so far, I love Sector 43 the most. The main reasons is because the water and power supply is consistent and I can find busses directly to my office.

Finding tenants can be a headache sometimes. Well, I am not aware of the exact reason but it happens and I have been at the recieving end of this once.

Decent area to stay if your office or college is nearby. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare.

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Sr Enclave Prasanth Nagar Malkajgiri. It creates a massive stink near the shops during daytime and ruins the whole walkability. truly annoying.

The drainage system across Appa Junction completely struggles whenever it rains for even an hour. It creates a massive stink near the shops during daytime and ruins the whole walkability.

The locality is peaceful but finding a direct auto during peak rush hours is a gamble. Also, evening traffic builds up heavily near the main sector entry point. sorted.

No proper parking management on the streets here, leading to daily fights among neighbors. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

This pocket of Hennur has excellent open space for parking cars, which is a major relief. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly....

Local grocery shops sort daily needs well, but big markets are a bit far from here. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay.

Liveable area but the water supply timing here is strict, coming only for 2 hours in the morning. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily.

Garbage is just dumped on the roadside corners in Sector 43 and civic trucks don't clear it daily. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers.

Local grocery shops sort daily needs well, but big markets are a bit far from here. Also, evening traffic builds up heavily near the main sector entry point. NGL
