Sector 34 is not considered residential entirely so the rent is pretty cheap. if you're on tight budget and still want to live close to tech parks, this is a good option.

Investment wise, sector 34 is okay not strong. But micro location matters. so a property on a quiet lane inside the sector will fetch you less value than one right on the busy road or near big corporate offices

Sector 34 is close to many tech parks like candorspace and JMD. it does not have metro nearby but autos and buses are easily accessible which works fine for me

As someone having two commercial properties here, I can say the value is good if you are leasing or renting. Its not an ideal place to live or settle down. A bit isolated and lacks many social amenities

There is waterlogging issues in inner lanes so if you're buying, choose properties close to main road. Also check building amenities and age
