I invested in a small plot, and it’s been smooth so far. The area is slowly improving, especially with new roadwork and nearby developments.

The place is peaceful, and you don’t have to worry about major upkeep or tenant issues.

The rent is somewhat affordable but the roads become unwalkabale when it rains. There is so much water that its next to impossible to move around.

The area was not that great but after COVID, new schools, colleges and various facilities have emerged. There is also a lot of new buildingh coming up here.

You get good space for the rent you pay, and there’s less noise. Still, the lack of proper lighting in some lanes makes late walks uncomfortable.
