It's a good locality for families wanting to settle down. there are schools, hospitals and malls very close and temples are small parks are also around. But the only lack I feel is the number of restaurents and cafes within the sector

I am staying in the Block F near the library and it's very peaceful. streets are nice and clean. it isn't too far from the main road too. rent is great for the location

Infrastructure is very basic here nothing high end. The retail options are limited though. there's mall of faridabad but that's also around 4-5 km from the sector. The only thing I feel that keeping the prices and demand stable is the metro in Ballabgarh

I like this area for its affordable housing. The rent is very convinient and as someone working part time in the LM library, this was the perfect location for me. My flat is walking distance from the library. And my full time workplace is also close

A very nice area for those looking for short term rental options. Flats are cheap and well ventilated too. I have been here for the past 5 years and no major issue till now. I just wish the cafe scene was better here. there are just local vendors and stalls nearby. no good cafe to hang out at
