I was surprised to find so many good flats and apartments here at such low rent. The streets feel quieter and peaceful. not much honking or traffic inside the lanes. Still you are close to important places like hospitals and markets

I live in 10th street and its very quiet in the mornings. But a bit far from main road so hard to reach medical stores and other essentials.

The area is safe and good for families. schools, hospitals are all within 5-10 mins. Even metro is close by. Only choosing the right lane matters because some have bad roads and less shops inside

Property prices are generally high compared with older, less planned parts of Chennai but it has good connectivity and developing infrastructure which helps with appreciation and growth

Sector 2 in KK Nagar is very nice. Some interior roads can feel narrow and if you have a four wheeler, good luck finding enough parking. some buildings do provide spot but very rare.
