Sector 2 is a safe area and has good transport options. I am staying in a 1 BHk and its been more than a year i haven't encountered any major issue here

The area provides low cost of living but traffic is huge on main roads. and sometimes there's water scarcity

It is a good area for families. Affordable properties but congested in some lanes. Even though the connectivity is good, rush hours means heavy traffic

Resale can be a delay here depending on how far inside or modern the apartment is. Otherwise, the infrastructure is growing.

Sector is 2 is a decent area to live in. You will find many flats at low rates as well. but inner lanes get waterlogged easily after rainfall
