Living in Sector 19 for the past few months has been quite comfortable. The roads connecting to Chikhali–Akurdi Road and Spine Road make daily travel manageable. I usually catch buses near Sane Chowk, which is convenient. Basic things like grocery stores, pharmacies, and small restaurants are easy to find.

Looking at the development around Chikhali, Sector 19 appears to have good investment potential. The locality is close to industrial areas like Talwade and Akurdi. Road connectivity through Spine Road also supports future growth. Schools, hospitals, and malls nearby add to its residential appeal.

I found Sector 19 quite practical for renting. My office in the Akurdi side is not very far, so commuting is easy. There are many apartment societies, and the rent is still reasonable. Schools, clinics, and everyday shops are available nearby.

I have seen Sector 19 gradually improve. The area has become more active with new housing societies and better road connectivity. Hospitals, schools, and shopping places are now easily accessible. The neighbourhood is peaceful.
