I’ve held a plot here for a while. The area hasn’t high rise in prices like some NCR zones, but there’s steady appreciation due to its location.

Connectivity with main Faridabad city and even Delhi is gradually improving, which boosts confidence in long-term property value.

We’ve owned a house here for years, and it’s been a good area so far. Though stray dog issue here is increasing by a lot .

Though I don't like the area much but I stay here becuase it close to my office. The moment I get another job, I will move to a new city.

Rent is affordable, and basic facilitie are good as well. The roads are not that good here and its quite dirty.
