renting in sector 16a is perfect because i study at guru IP uni and can literally walk to campus. the metro is super close which makes traveling to central delhi easy. rent is cheaper here than in the gated societies of sector 12

it is not the most polished part of dwarka..the area is always full of students so you find plenty of cheap tiffin services and local snacks. however the back lanes are quite dusty and get really dark at night..

living near the university brings a lot of energy but also a lot of illegal parking in our lanes. my biggest headache is the drainage which overflows even during slight rains.

sector 16a is a rental goldmine because of its proximity to ggsiu and national law university. you can build small studio units or 1bhk floors and they will never stay vacant

love the vibrant surroundings but parking my scooty is a daily struggle because the streets are so narrow. it feels safe during the day but i avoid walking home late at night...most lanes are dark with no proper streetlights
