I moved here last year because my office is on the expressway. Connectivity is the biggest plus. Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is just nearby. Metro is within walking distance, Sector 148 station is close enough, 2 km away.

The real estate market in Sector 153 has strong long-term potential. The connectivity to the expressway and Aqua Line metro is a big advantage. Rental demand is slowly increasing due to nearby offices and colleges. Infrastructure quality is better than many nearby sectors. Schools, hospitals, and malls are all within driving distance.

Roads inside the sector are wide and clean. Parking is mostly organised in societies. Cafes and gyms are coming up slowly. Nights are quiet and I feel safe. Rent is still reasonable compared to central Noida.

The expressway connectivity is excellent. Metro stations at Sector 148 and 147 add value. The area is still filling up, so short-term returns may be average, but long-term prospects look strong.

Traffic in Sector 153 is manageable most days. Metro connectivity via Aqua Line is helpful. Bus stops are also nearby. Hospitals like Felix are reachable quickly, which gives peace of mind. The area feels clean and less crowded.
