Sector 13 feels very comfortable. Rohini East Metro Station makes travel easy. Parks, markets, and schools are nearby. The area feels planned and clean. Rent is reasonable for this part of Delhi.

I live in Sector 13 and like the peaceful environment. Roads are wide, and traffic is manageable. I often visit nearby DDA Park and Children's Park for walks. Safety feels good.

Sector 13 is pretty sorted. You’ve got parks, local food joints, and decent gyms. The DDA flats are old but spacious. I work in Pitampura, and it hardly takes 10 minutes to reach. Rent isn’t cheap but fair for what you get. Buses and e-rickshaws are always around.

We picked up a builder flat here five years ago. It’s appreciated nicely, though not aggressively. The neighbourhood is stable, with solid civic facilities and access to hospitals and schools. Great for investors looking for low-risk, regular rental income.

We’ve been living in Sector 13 for over 10 years. It has a nice community vibe. There are temples, clinics, and grocery stores nearby. Traffic noise doesn’t bother us much. Overall, a very settled and secure area.

I shifted here from Rohini Sector 7, and I find Sector 13 to be more peaceful. Parks are well maintained and markets have everything from fresh vegetables to salons. The internal roads can be a little congested, but that’s Delhi for you.

I chose Sector 13 because it’s close to both my office in Netaji Subhash Place and my folks in Rohini Sector 8. Very convenient for working professionals. The market near the metro has good options for eating out and shopping. A bit crowded on weekends, though.
