Area feels residential and family-friendly. I walk to groceries and clinics. Rents are reasonable versus Indirapuram

Connectivity to Noida and Delhi is decent via Sahibabad but the footpath is patchy and muddy. roads are narrow and get congested due to traffic. inner lanes are unsafe to walk alone

Resale value is good because of social infrastructure but it needs more development. more local malls and cafes need to open up. Civic amenities aren't strong too

Parks and play areas give it a neighborhood vibe. but too much dust due to construction and noise from nearby sites
