As a tenant, Sector 103 feels like a quiet escape from city chaos. My apartment has uninterrupted water and power, and the society is well-maintained. With Dwarka Expressway nearby, weekend drives are a breeze, though markets are still developing.

I visited a cousin living here. It’s away from the hustle, yet reachable from Delhi via Dwarka Expressway. Still developing, but decent roads and open spaces make it comfortable for family visits.

I moved here for work and found renting in Sector 103 affordable and peaceful. The flat is spacious and well-ventilated. However, I rely on online delivery for groceries as options around are limited. Roads are improving gradually.

I own a property here and expect returns to improve once the metro line extends nearby. Current appreciation is slow but steady. I rent the unit out and the tenant hasn’t had major complaints.

I purchased my apartment here as my retirement home. It’s less chaotic than central Gurgaon, and green pockets are a relief. I enjoy morning walks here, but public transport is still lacking.
