Sector 10 is a good and safe locality. Some parts get crowded during peak hours, and parking discipline is not perfect everywhere. But , the locality feels organised.

I have been tracking Kharghar for investment. Sector 10 makes sense because end-user demand is steady. Families look for schools like Ryan International School and Apeejay School, and there are hospitals like MITR Hospital. Metro access is easy, through Utsav Chowk Metro Station.

I’ve been in Sector 10 in Kharghar for a year now. The best part is daily convenience. Kharghar Railway Station is not too far, and Utsav Chowk Metro also helps when I don’t want to drive. On weekends we usually go to Central Park or just sit near the Kharghar Valley Golf Course side.

Sector 10 feels planned, and most things are a short ride away. Metro stations like Sector 11 and Kharghar Village are useful. There are malls, outlets and stalls for basic shopping and food.

Sector 10 is comfortable, especially for day-to-day life. Shops, clinics, and malls like Little World are close enough. I also like that Kharghar Railway Station is not very far, so travel is manageable.
