Been in Sector 1, Vaishali over a year now, and I’m quite satisfied with the area. The metro station is really close, so commuting to work in Delhi is super convenient. The area is nice and peaceful at night. There are a lot of local shops for groceries, and I love the nearby parks.

It is a good, peaceful area to live in. The neighborhood has great schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. The metro station is very convenient, and safety has never been an issue. The only downside is that traffic can be a bit high at times.

Vaishali Sector 1 is decent, but it’s not as fast-growing as I hoped. While the metro makes it a good option for renters, the rental demand is a bit slower than expected. The area is still evolving, but I think it will take a few more years to see significant returns.

The neighbourhood is decent, but there are some issues with the cleanliness of the roads. The garbage collection can be irregular, and that sometimes makes the place feel untidy. It is a good residential area for families. The schools are decent.

The area is well-connected with the metro, and that boosts the demand for rental properties. Rent is steadily increasing, and the locality is witnessing some good infrastructure development. More shops are opening up.

Sector 1, Vaishali, is excellent for tenants because everything is nearby. I live close to the Vaishali Metro Station, which made my daily Noida commute super easy. I enjoy hanging out at parks nearby.

The locality feels safe with good lighting and regular police patrolling. Stores like More made grocery shopping convenient. Overall, a great place for working professionals.
