If you want quick gains, you probably should look at new micro markets. But Sector 1 feels like a long-term play because it’s part of Nerul’s central layout not some isolated pocket and connectivity to trains and major highways always keeps rental demand steady. no direct metro though.
Sector 1 is fairly peaceful. I like it mostly because its close to my office and also many spots like shirvane waterfalls and chincholi lake
I live in Sector-1, Nerul. It’s peaceful, well-planned & clean roads. Shops, schools & clinics are nearby so you don’t have to travel far for daily needs. But traffic during peak hours (especially connecting to Palm Beach Road) sucks. Parking is tight in older buildings, and newer towers are pricey. Still, for value & livability, it’s one of the solid choices in Navi Mumbai.
