Sain Vihar is a good area for those looking for affordable housing. The rental flats are cheap and well ventilated but the lanes are cramped and sometimes noisy.

It is a small area where properties are much cheaper than prime regions in Ghaziabad. The positive is that it's close to key essentials so living here does not really feel isolating. on the downside, it is very close to NE3 and traffic noise and congestion are common

Sain Vihar is developing slowly. Earlier it was barren with no real amenities nearby. now hospitals and clinics are just a few minutes away. Sitll it needs more improvment. buildings are very old and roads are narrow and congested. It's good if you're on a tight budget

I moved here because of my job at a nearby school. I like the cosy neighborhood feel but yes the infrastructure is still behind in many ways. no parks or any open spaces here makes it really suffocating at times

The area has many small housing complexes and apartment buildings. Most of them offer affordable rental solutions which I appreciate greatly. It's not that bad to live here on temporary basis. There are few malls nearby and local shops and eateries too.
