People always want to live in Sahakarnagar for the schools and greenery. The resale market is very active with local buyers. It is not for someone looking for quick 2x returns.
It feels much safer than other crowded parts of Pune.
super chill area..trees everywhere which i love..but traffic on the main road is a nightmare during peak hours though.
