Living here is a smart choice for work-life balance. I commute to the Panchshil Tech Park and Symphony IT Park regularly. The best way is via the Pune-Satara Road towards the bypass; it’s quite efficient if you leave slightly early. The area is so much quieter than the central hubs, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of coding.

This neighborhood is truly ideal for my family. My children attend Muktangan English School, which is close by, making the daily commute stress-free. For our medical needs, we rely on the nearby Sahyadri Hospital in Bibwewadi, which is very reassuring. Plus, we love our evening walks at the lush Aranyeshwar Park; it’s perfect for the kids to play safely.

Sahakarnagar No. 2 is a dream for anyone who loves an active lifestyle. The proximity to the Taljai forest area offers amazing trails for morning jogs and weekend hiking. There’s a fantastic sense of community among other fitness lovers here, and the fresh air coming from the hills makes every workout session feel incredibly rejuvenating and energizing.

येथे ज्येष्ठ नागरिकांसाठी खूप छान वातावरण आहे. जवळच असलेली मंदिरे आणि फिरण्यासाठी असलेली बाग यामुळे मन प्रसन्न राहते. सर्व सोयी-सुविधा आणि गरजेच्या वस्तू चालत अंतरावर उपलब्ध आहेत. निवृत्तीनंतरचे आयुष्य शांतपणे आणि आनंदाने घालवण्यासाठी हे एक उत्तम ठिकाण आहे, जिथे खूप आपुलकीचे शेजारी मिळतात.

मी नुकताच पुण्यात नोकरीच्या शोधात आलो आहे आणि माझ्यासाठी हे ठिकाण खूप सोयीचे ठरले आहे. शहराच्या मुख्य भागाशी, विशेषतः स्वारगेट मेट्रो स्टेशनशी हे ठिकाण जवळ आहे, त्यामुळे मला शहरात कुठेही जाणे सोपे जाते. इथे राहण्याचा खर्चही मध्यमवर्गीयांना परवडणारा आहे आणि आजूबाजूला अभ्यासासाठी हवी तशी शांतता मिळते. नवीन सुरुवातीसाठी सहकारनगर हे नक्कीच एक उत्तम निवडीचे ठिकाण आहे.

Moving here was great for my commute. Swargate is close. Most apartments are older so expect some plumbing issues..

I love my balcony view of the trees. Sahakarnagar No 2 has a very specific old Pune charm.

People always want to live in Sahakarnagar for the schools and greenery. The resale market is very active with local buyers. It is not for someone looking for quick 2x returns.

It feels much safer than other crowded parts of Pune.

super chill area..trees everywhere which i love..but traffic on the main road is a nightmare during peak hours though.
