Living here helps me save on rent. Got a 2BHK builder floor at decent price. Metro isn’t nearby, so I take my bike to Old Faridabad. Not much greenery around, but it’s okay if you want affordability over lifestyle.

Invested in two builder floors. One I rent out, other I use for weekend stays. Rental income is okay, but not premium. Schools and shops are nearby, which keeps demand stable. Need improvement in cleanliness and drainage.

We shifted here when property rates were low. Now the area has more people, shops, and builder floors. It’s still not fully developed. Some streets don’t have proper drainage. But community is okay, and school is close.

I’ve been here 6 months now. Found a builder floor through a broker. The place is okay, but dusty roads and traffic in evening can be irritating. However, rent is much lower than central sectors. No water shortage so far.

Roshan Nagar has caught attention due to low entry price. Still not a polished locality, but for budget buyers or investors, it works. If roads and lighting improve, it could become a better rental market in future.
