It's a DDA plot so revelopment potential is there which can increase the property value in coming years. there are many malls and amusement parks nearby which creates good rental demand. I’d advise focusing on sectors with newer complexes or near metro station because older layouts may not give constant ROI

I live in a housing complex near the main road and it's very noisy and always crowded. good part is all the markets and malls around. also the commute by metro is helpful

Good area and safe too if you are in gated societies. thefts are common in the busy market area so be cautious

Renting here for the past 5 years with my family. I love this locality. feels very close to home. the parks nearby are good for morning walks and rent is also reasonable

There are mix of old buildings and new modern apartments here. Overall, a good area to live with families but air quality is deteriorating every day due to pollution and crowd on main road. even on inside lanes, there's too much dust from construction sites
