Finding a decent house here for under 8k rent is very easy. The local shops near Ratan Vihar main street have everything you need for daily cooking, so nobody has to travel far for grocery shopping.

The drainage system in this Behta Hajipur area is completely broken down. Whenever it rains even for 20 minutes, the internal roads get filled with dirty water and walking becomes impossible.

Traffic near the Loni road intersection is an absolute nightmare during evening rush hours. It takes 30 minutes just to move 1 km because autos park anywhere they want and block the whole space.

Shared autos are always available from the main corner to get around, which is great. Also there are plenty of cheap food stalls and dairy shops close by, so living here is quite cheap.

Water comes only for 2 hours in the morning, which is a big daily rush. But the streets feel quite safe even around 10 PM because the local markets stay open till late.

The inner streets are very narrow and bikes zoom past at high speeds, making it scary to walk. On the bright side, pharmacies and small clinics are available right outside the lane.

Parking a car anywhere in Behta Hajipur is a massive headache. The streets are tightly packed with shops and vehicles, so getting any delivery vehicle inside to unload goods takes hours.

Renting out rooms here is very fast because a lot of workers look for places. Roads are a bit dusty though, but the basic shops and markets are already fully running...

Multiple small private schools are located within walking distance inside the colony, which saves a lot of travel time. Streets are busy but neighbors keep an eye out, so it feels safe.

I come here every week and the auto rides to the railway station side are very smooth. Getting a quick bite is never an issue since tea stalls and dhabas are everywhere.
