I live near MIDC, and my rent is super affordable, but the area lacks good restaurants and entertainment options.

Peaceful area, but public transport is limited after 9 PM. Getting cabs or autos is almost impossible and even if you get it, they charge more than double the actual amount

Industrial zone brings in job seekers, so rental demand is good. However, I feel the area is not ideal for high-end property investors

Locality is good but water tankers are still common in my society. Hoping the municipal supply improves soon.

Ranjangaon is a calm neighborhood, no loud traffic or nightlife. Ideal if you prefer quiet living.

I live in Ranjangaon because my workplace is in the MIDC. It's incredibly convenient for work and the cost of living is very low. However, beyond work, there isn't much to do. It's a quiet, industrial town with basic amenities.

Investing in low-cost rental housing or commercial properties that cater to the factory workforce can yield high rental returns. It is not for those looking for capital appreciation from urban growth.

It's far from Pune city. The highway connectivity is good, but it's not a place for daily city commuters.

Basic amenities are available. It feels more like a large village than a part of a metro city. Very quiet.

Lacks good schools, hospitals, and recreational facilities. Not ideal for families used to city life.
