It's been 7 years we are living in this area and completely love the comfort. It feels homely. Properties are affordable and everything is close by, from schools to medical stores. The area has frequent power cuts though so be prepared for that

The area is affordable and very peaceful. I am only concerned by the poor internal roads and drainage systems which creates a mess when it rains.

I have rented one of my properties here. The rental income is steady and demand has been a bit low lately. Connectivity is fine except lack of metro, which can be a concern for many. Civic improvements are much needed too.

The area feels safe and calm. I moved here because of low rent. It's not very trendy or modern, rather gives a semi-urban vibe. You can't expect big malls or cafes here.

Good for working professionals and even students. If you're on low-budget, it's a good option. But you have to make adjustments on premium amenities like shopping malls, restaurents, gyms, pubs, etc Public transport is also limited. so better to keep your own vehicle
