This area works perfectly for me. Evenings are quiet, and I often go for walks near the small temple streets around here. Schools like PSBB Millennium nearby make it feel like a proper residential area. Airport is also reachable within reasonable time.
Metro is not very close yet, but once connectivity improves further, I feel prices will go up. Overall, a stable location for mid-term investment.
