I recently purchased a property here, and I’m really happy that the hospitals, schools, colleges, and markets are all nearby. Usually the internal roads will be minimally traffic, dust, and pollution. The main roads has huge traffic congestion. Metro construction is still ongoing, and once completed, it's expected to ease the travel and add further value. The locality offers a clean, green, and peaceful residential environment with promising future growth.

Ramakrishna Nagar is quite calm. Daily needs are sorted easily with nearby shops. Travel via Mount-Poonamallee Road is manageable, though traffic builds up during peak time.

It’s a decent place, but still developing. Not many hangout spots nearby, and metro is a bit far. Public transport works, but takes time. Good only if you prefer a quiet and budget-friendly area.

Ramakrishna Nagar has improved steadily with better roads and more shops. It’s peaceful and suitable for families, especially with schools like Swamy’s nearby.

It is a promising investment area in West Chennai. Connectivity via Arcot Road and proximity to employment hubs support long-term growth. Rental demand from IT professionals is clearly visible.

I really like staying in Ramakrishna Nagar. It has a proper residential feel with less noise and good surroundings. Kedar Hospital and schools are close, which makes life easier. Also, airport access is quite convenient from here.

Good area for IT professionals, DLF and other tech parks are a short ride away. Rents are fair for the connectivity. Mount-Poonamallee Road gets slow in the evenings but inside the colony it stays manageable.

Ramakrishna Nagar is a settled residential pocket close to major hospitals and tech parks. Lake nearby gives the area a pleasant feel. Roads inside are decent and the neighbourhood has stayed calm without getting too commercial. Good decision to buy here.

IT parks in this corridor make the daily commute short on most days. Airport is 12 km out which is useful. Metro is 7 km away though, autos fill the gap but the fare adds up over time.

Ramakrishna Nagar has grown steadily but still holds its residential character. Arcot Road traffic has gotten worse over the years. Inside the colony it stays calm. Water supply is slightly irregular some months, that is the one gripe.

PSBB Millennium School nearby makes mornings easy. Area feels safe and unhurried for daily family life. Lake area is a nice spot for evenings. Local shops cover daily grocery needs without going far.

Strong rental demand from IT professionals and hospital staff given what is around this area. Properties here move fast when priced right. West Chennai corridor has appreciated consistently and this pocket sits well within that belt.

Easy to reach via Mount-Poonamallee Road or Arcot Road. Calm once inside, not congested. Porur Bazaar handles most quick shopping needs. Pleasant enough area to spend time in without any major hassles.

Sri Ramachandra and Alpha Arts are both close. PG rents are reasonable for this part of Chennai. Local eateries around Porur junction are decent and affordable for daily meals. Metro being far is the one inconvenience.

The road network handles vehicle movement reasonably well. Inner lanes get tight during peak hours though. Local commercial strip near the bus stop is active through the week.

Lake area nearby for a walk, Sri Ramachandra and MIOT Hospital both within easy reach. Not much noise inside the colony. One of the more comfortable pockets in this part of Chennai at this stage of life.
