Puthur is a lovely area to live in. Feels safe and residential but the usual traffic and noise of the city is there

No nightlife or hangout places nearby. It has lot of schools so there are student crowd mostly and local eateries and markets

Puthur has a local Chennai vibe. road conditions not so great in some parts but overall, nice area for families for minimalist living

I have seen lot of temples in this area. it also has some badminton complexes and playgrounds for liesure. rent wise its good place

Selaiyur as an area has good potential for growth. Puthur is still developing and need good connectivity to other places. A metro expansion could increase the appreciation.
