Purushotham nagar feels very community centric. people are nice and we have good neighbors too..except for the congestion and traffic, this is a nice area for families

traffic can be a total pain during peak hours especially near the MIT flyover area. The inner roads are a bit narrow and sometimes the garbage collection is not as frequent as it should be.

peaceful area in chromepet..local markets are always vibrant..and feels active..but parking is becoming a bit of a headache as more people move in and the streets are not getting any wider..

My flat gets good ventilation and I have not faced any major water issues which is a big win in Chennai..its a bit bummer for for having many cafes around though

The appreciation might not be explosive like the OMR but the rental yields are very dependable. The infrastructure is already well developed with hospitals, schools and shopping places around
