Good locality for a quiet living. You won't like it here if you're used to the vibrant and happening city life. No nightlife here or any big cafes. We built our house here 7 years ago. Land prices were cheaper back then and it has grown a lot till now. We've got a small garden too.

The area is still under the radar, so land is affordable. I see future value as more industrial and logistic parks come up nearby, especially around the Outer Ring Road. One thing I'd mention is I faced issues with proper land documentation at first. So anyone investing here should double-check titles.

It has a semi-rural feel. Not completely developed and still lacks civic amenities like good roads and street lights. I stayed here for my medical internship. It was a manageable area, not great for residing completely,

I retired early and settled in Poonthandalam. Cost of living is very manageable, but I do wish there were better healthcare facilities nearby.

The house rent here is quite low, which works for me as a student. The area is peaceful and usually quiet. Commuting to OMR can be tough without your own vehicle.
