Pooja Colony has shops, clinics, and schools nearby. I often go towards Raj Nagar Extension for shopping and restaurants. The locality feels safe and friendly. Roads are decent, and daily needs are never an issue.

Pooja Colony is convenient for daily living. Local markets handle groceries and vegetables well. The area feels residential and calm during nights. Rent is affordable compared to nearby localities. But, the metro station is little away from the locality.

The locality is quiet, and there are a few good schools and hospitals nearby, which is great as I have a young child. Public transport is decent, there are autos and the metro is not far.

I bought a 2BHK apartment in Pooja Colony last year. The rental demand is growing. It is still a low-cost locality. The roads and infrastructure are being improved, and I believe property prices will rise in 3-5 years.

The area is peaceful, with green spaces and good schools around. My kids enjoy playing in the park, and there is a local market just 10 minutes away. The only issue I have is the traffic near the main road. The rent prices are decent.

It’s a peaceful place. The traffic is manageable, although the main roads do get crowded during rush hours. Parking is a pain in some areas, and the roads have potholes after monsoon. But rent is reasonable, and I love the fact that there are a couple of nice parks around. Not a lot of restaurants or malls, though, so we mostly rely on online delivery.

Bought a 3BHK here for my family, and we’ve been living here for the past 5 years. It’s a good locality, not too crowded, and feels safe. There are small shops for daily needs, and commuting to Delhi is convenient via the metro.
