Been living in Ponmar for 3 years now. The area is peaceful with minimal pollution. Connectivity to GST and OMR is excellent, making commutes easy.

I have been renting in Ponmar for a year. The area is clean and safe, with good roads and minimal traffic. Public transport is accessible, and markets are nearby.

Living here has been great. The locality has many amenities and is just a 15-minute drive to major IT parks. Schools and colleges are also nearby. I also appreciate the sweet groundwater and the absence of waterlogging issues during rains.

Visited here to see a friend's new house. The area is peaceful with good road connectivity. It felt safe, and the surroundings were clean otoo.

Locality is good but I wish it had direct metro access. There are bus stops nearby but they get overcrowded in the mornings.
