Rent here is reasonable, but the water supply is a major problem because it comes only for 1 hour in the morning. If you miss that slot, you have to buy water cans, which is a regular headache.

Travelling to work is simple since the Shaheed Sthal metro station is quite close. The internal roads are fine, but the main Patel Nagar road gets incredibly packed with traffic during the evening rush hour.

Living here is very practical because the main market is just a short walk away for daily groceries. The street lighting inside Pocket A is good now, so the lanes feel quite safe after dark.

Pocket A is a decent spot for students since coachings and photocopy shops are nearby. Finding sharing autos for the main bus stand is easy, though the constant noise from the main road makes studying tough.

The internal lanes are wide enough for morning walks, and the local temple is close by. My only issue is that the open drains are rarely cleaned, creating a bad smell during the humid months.

The location brings in good footfall, but delivery vans struggle to park near my shop. Customers face issues too because the lanes get heavily blocked with randomly parked cars and bikes by evening.

The area feels very safe for families and reputable schools are nearby. Having NMM Hospital so close gives great peace of mind for any medical emergencies, making daily life very sorted here.

Rental demand stays solid due to the metro proximity and nearby commercial activity. Capital growth is steady, though the lack of a proper public park inside the pocket limits it from becoming a premium spot.

Finding a parking spot inside Pocket A is an absolute nightmare. The lanes are narrow and completely choked with residents' vehicles, so I always prefer taking an auto from the metro station instead of driving.

Road conditions have gone down badly this year with deep potholes at the main entrance. The municipality just ignores the garbage piling up near the corner plot, making the whole entry look like a dumpyard.
