It feels like a friendly place to settle down in Perumbakkam for working folks and families. The roads are decent, clean, and mostly hassle-free, though traffic does get a little heavy during rush hours.

Living in Perumbakkam is quite comfortable as the roads here connect well to different parts of the city. It’s easy to get around using buses, and the metro stations aren’t too far off. I like that there are plenty of malls nearby where you can hang out or do your daily shopping.

The locality is peaceful and convenient. The bus services are regular, and while the metro requires a short trip to get to, it’s manageable.

Perumbakkam looks like a good spot for investing because it’s well connected to the city through major roads and transport hubs. The schools, hospitals, and malls nearby make it attractive for tenants, especially families. The area is developing steadily

I’ve been living in Perumbakkam for quite a few years now, and it’s a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. The roads are good and connect nicely to the rest of Chennai. There are good shopping malls and parks nearby which make day-to-day life convenient.

I work in IT and live in Perumbakkam. It's close to Sholinganallur, so commuting is easy for me by bus. There are many supermarkets and eateries nearby. The area is peaceful and has good water supply too. However, during monsoons, some roads get waterlogged.

We moved here recently. The area is calm with less traffic. However, the roads need maintenance. Shops and markets are at a convenient distance too. Overall, a good and cost-effective area in Chennai.

As a homeowner, I find the locality safe and peaceful. Neighbours are friendly. But, the lack of a proper drainage system is a concern for many.

Invested in Perumbakkam due to its growth potential. Property prices are on the rise. It has risen by 18.61% over the last three years. But I feel infrastructure development is slower than expected and there's no metro connectivity from the area directly.

Attended a function in Perumbakkam. The locality is clean and looked organized. It felt a bit congested with minimal parking space.
