I love living in Pazhavanthangal. The area is close to the Pazhavanthangal railway station and even the airport, yet the area stays calm. Streets are clean, and shops are at walkable distance. I can get goods and services without travelling far. The noise pollution, especially in the weekends make life stressful but overall, its a good locality.

I visit my friends living here every two to three months and like the locality mainly because the area is well-planned and streets are clean. The locality houses several bakeries, temples, shops, etc so I get to eat good food at really low price. Parking spaces should have been more here but its manageable.

My investment in Pazhavanthangal has been fruitful. Our 2 BHK property has tenants thorughout the year giving me good rental income. The locality is safe for women and families so I am planning to buy another property and settle here after a year or two.

The best part about Pazhavanthangal is its connectivity. We are living here for almost 12 years now and have never faced any severe issue. Connectivity is good, schools, hospitals, shops, etc are nearby, locality is safe and even public transport is well-established here. However, for the past few years the number of property constrcution has increased a lot and that cause noise and air pollution. But can't complain about it either. I just hope the locality does not get too crowded.

The area is clean, well-planned, and calm. I found the train connectivity useful. Local eateries offer great South Indian food at really affordable prices.
