The property rates are reasonable and the area is developing. Connectivity via Avadi station and bus stand is great but no metro lines. There's ocassional dust from industrial zones but that's moderate.

My family moved in here six months ago. The roads are well-laid, and streetlights work fine. Shops, marts, and a petrol pump are right here. We mostly depend on Chennai suburban trains from Avadi, as it’s under 5 min drive.

Rented here to be closer to my college in Avadi. Commute by train is just 10 mins from Paruthipet area. Water never cut off, and electricity’s steady. Feels like a calm suburb, with less construction noise. New cafes are opening up but it lacks the vibrant vibe.

The locality feels safe, overall peaceful. Food joints and restaurents are limted so you may have to travel far or order in.
