I love this area. It’s just 10 minutes from Chennai Airport, which works perfectly for my frequent travel ventures. It's also not very far from prominent IT parks like MEPZ. The rent is also budget-friendly.

Having lived here for more than 10 years, I have seen the area develop so much. The internal road networks and social infrastructure have grown significantly. It's a vibrant and fun place to live in.

I have a residential property here, which I have been renting for the past two years. The demand is always high because of the airport proximity. It's a convenient place for frequent travellers and commuters. Lanes are wide and streets are vibrant.

I shifted here as it's close to all public transport options. Metro and buses run frequently. Airport is within 3km radius. Not only that, the area feels safe and peaceful. Weekends are boring sometimes, as there's nothing fun or recreational to do nearby.

When I came Chennai for my relative's function, we stayed in this area, as it was near to the venue in Chromepet. It was also close to the Airport. We explored the area a bit, and went to the Grand Galada Mall. There were number of eateries along the streets. It was a clean and nice area.

I have Visited Pammal is easy and calm. Markets, restaurants, and temples make it feel friendly. The streets are busy but not crowded.

Owning property in Pammal gives steady rent. Many families and professionals want to live here. Property values rise slowly, but the area is stable and easy to manage.

Pammal is slowly growing and has good future possible. New shops and better roads can increase property value. It’s good for investors who want safe, long-term returns.

Living in Pammal is convenient for families. Schools, colleges, hospitals, and shops are nearby. Commuting to central Chennai is fairly easy, though traffic can get busy during peak hours.

Visiting Pammal feels friendly and relaxed. You can explore local markets, try small restaurants, and see temples nearby. The streets are lively but never too crowded, so it’s easy to walk around.

It is a budget-friendly and convenient area near the airport with good access to daily needs, but mention waterlogging, traffic, and mixed infrastructure.

Pammal has steady rental demand due to location advantage, offering stable income and decent future growth, though returns are moderate compared to prime Chennai areas.
