This is a good area for families but lots of illegal constructions and lack of proper drainage are growing concerns.

The rental returns in the area are great but appretiation in terms of rent is very low.

Its very nosiy here but the rent is low and there are lots of shops and food joints.

Water supply used to be big issue hare and throughout the year we used hve irregular supply for water. Now that has improved and we are able to get consistent water supply.

You get spacious flats at a lower rent compared to other areas but lately it has becime overcrowded and parking is also a problem.
