Not a premium or vibrant area. it's more like a quiet residential pocket with basic amenities. One benefit it it's close to the airport which works for me as a regular flyer. I wish there were good cafes of supermarkets nearby

The open plots near my home are now turning into apartment blocks. That’s good for growth but also increased noise and pollution lately
