Rent is very affordable. There are small food joints around. schools and hospitals are also present nearby. It is good for industrial workers especially those working in and around Chakan

Om Sai Nagar feels quiet usually but the lack of amenities is noticeable. there are basic schools nearby but no high end healthcare or good malls within 2-3 km

It is a good budget friendly area. Good for short term living. I stayed here for 1 year for my research internship. the cost of living is low and sustainable but theres transport problem. you dont get autos easily and due to limited number of bus stops, the crowd is also high.

Om Sai Nagar is near Chakan area which is a growing industrial belt. so the demand is steady. appreciation is slow but the cash flow reliability is good which works for long term bet

Safe area to live in. The buildings are bit old and lanes are narrow so parking is also problem. Good thing is the properties are low in cost and maintainence isnt high either
