Rents are affordable and the place is quiet. You can live peacefully, but it's not for someone who wants fast city life.

This area is green and calm, no much noise or pollution. But if you want to travel and if you don’t have your own vehicle, it's very difficult.

It was mostly farms and open lands before, but now many people are shifting here. Roads need better maintenance, but the area is quiet and safe.

Bought a plot here in 2018 as prices were low and land value was expected to rise. Rents are decent but don’t expect fast returns.

Been staying here for a year now. It’s quiet and mostly peaceful, but weekends can get slightly busy on Ramasandra Road.

The place felt calm and less polluted than other parts of Bangalore. Roads are decent, and there are some small eateries nearby.

Bought a plot here five years ago and built my house recently. Only thing is public transport isn't too frequent, but if you have your own vehicle, it’s a great place to live.

Rents are affordable for tenants and yield is steady. Great long-term hold if you're planning to invest.
