The rent is very affordable here. Area is simple and mostly local families around. Shops and bakeries are close by, which is convenient. Roads can get flooded when it rains.

The locality feels peaceful, especially during evenings. Railway connectivity through Nemilichery station is useful for daily travel, and rents are still affordable compared to Ambattur side. Small supermarkets and local eateries are easily available nearby.
