I rented here during my internship at a nearby firm because it’s close to the main town and bus stand. Everything’s walkable like groceries, clinics, bakeries. but commute options arent many

I am staying near the Nellithope market area. It’s busy during the day but feels safe overall. Good bus connectivity to most parts of chennai. Summers are humid and drainage can be bad during heavy rains.

Overall peaceful and safe with lot of temples around. theres not enough greenery though which affects the living during summers

Good for families on a budget. Schools and temples nearby and theres strong local community feel. Houses are mostly older constructions, so ventilation varies a lot depending on the building.

Plots are limited since it’s an established area. Most opportunities are resale houses. Returns are also moderate.
