Living in Neharpar for 3 years, I appreciate the spacious apartments and proximity to schools like Modern DPS. However, frequent power cuts and hard water supply are challenge

Rented a 2 BHK in Sector 87. The apartment is spacious, but the salty groundwater affects appliances. Investing in a good water purifier is essential if you live here.

Commute to Delhi is manageable, but the lack of streetlights in some lanes raises safety concerns during late hour. Daily essentials are readily available here, and rent is affordable too.

My relatives live here so we often visit them. It's a quiet area and has metro access, but a bit far from hospitals and shopping malls.

The apartments here are great and spacious but roads are really bad. Navigating through them is tough due to lots of potholes.
