The rental market stays active due to constant demand from families and workers. Civic services are average but improving. Crowding near commercial stretches is common, but it does not affect occupancy.

It may not look premium, but occupancy stays high. The constant movement in the area keeps properties relevant.

lots of small blocks here so lanes feel quite narrow but lifestyle isnt so bad..also rent here is a massive relief compared to Raj Nagar Extension

Infrastructure on the main roads has improved but internal Ghukna streets are still quite poorly maintained. I have to deal with frequent dust and noise from the heavy traffic on the Nandgram road.

Livability is average as the area faces frequent power cuts during the summer months. There are not many fancy cafes nearby and as students we usually head towards KW mall

Nandgram environment is loud and feels crowded...it is not exactly high end living but it gets the job done for the price.
